Lachie was an excellent agent. Kept us fully informed of the whole world of selling our home. Lachie has an excellent manner in all dealings. Meeting Lachie during the campaign, Julie and I are happy to call Lachie our friend. Thank you Lachie.

From the second we met Lachie we were at ease. He had all the answers to the process steps as we had not sold for many years. He then gave us his opinion about price and how long it would take too sell. As he already had buyers lined up we had first inspection and contract within 4 days To our surprise everything was arranged and we have a settlement date within 2 months of first thinking about selling Very fast and professional

Communication was poor and delayed. Took multiple attempts to get through and once sold didn't have anything to do with us, not even a congratulations gift which is standard practice. Left a sour taste from the sale.

Riley Neaton and his team were absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process of selling our home. From start to finish, their professionalism, organization, and market expertise made everything seamless and stress-free. The team’s communication was excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way, and their attention to detail truly set them apart. Riley’s strategy and negotiation skills exceeded our expectations, achieving a result well beyond what we initially hoped for. Every member of Team Neaton was a pleasure to deal with—friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile. We’re incredibly grateful for their hard work and highly recommend them to anyone selling their property. Thank you, Team Neaton, for your amazing work!

It was fast. I found a house I liked, and my agent down in Brisbane did the work. I only had to sign. I am extremely pleased with how it went.
