Specialising in acreage sales Ulises was able to create a number of images to potential buyers as to how the acreage could be used that brought the property to life for different buyer groups. An acreage sale is very different to a normal housing sale as the land size, infrastructure, layout and potential styles of usage takes precedence over the house. Ulises achieved the highest price in the range I set within 2 days. They just seemed to have a lot of the right types of buyers for my property. Ulises demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the acreage market in the area and buyer requirements. I was impressed with his professionalism, vision for the property, sales tactics, willingness to listen to my concerns and his overall courtesy.
