I looked around and had 3/4 agents come and look at my property and got so many different opinions regarding timing and location. Janette was full of local knowledge and experience. Dedicated and very family focused and friendly. Compared to other agents I spoke to Janette made me feel valued and taken seriously regarding my unique situation. I have an autistic child that I was worried about dealing with the sale of the property with people coming and going. Janette gave me ample amount of time to leave my place when any inspection was to happen. And straight away called to say how it went and I was ok to return. Janette made everything easy at such a difficult time more like family then an agent selling my property. I have never had an agent go about and beyond like Janette did I was set in my price range due to my situation Janette did question me regarding this and I couldn’t change what I needed. Janette sold my property for more then I actually thought was possible. Time from was definitely a factor and Janette broke that barrier just as much as price. If I was selling any other property I would do anything in my power to make sure Janette had my listing. I have sold and bought multiple property over the years and I have never met anyone that is so trustworthy and honest, understanding, and so easy to talk to at any time I needed to. Janette never faulted on any thing that was said and was as true to her word on everything. I don’t think there is a better agent out there then Janette. What a pleasure to deal with.
