He is easy to chat with and provides regular feedback on what is occurring so you are never left wondering what is occurring. I've dealt with Real Estate agents a few times selling properties and Mark is without a doubt the best I have dealt with. His knowledge of the market is incredible and his ability to negotiate a great sale price is impressive. After six months of non results, Mark took over the property and after a couple of weeks of making the changes he recommended to the property, he literally achieved a sale within the first week the home was on the market at a price above what I was expecting. I can't recommend him highly enough.
