So great at explaining the process (and patiently re-explaining it to you throughout, when you forget what's next) Lucy knew exactly what to improve before sale and priced it perfectly. A local record number of viewers through the house within 48 hours of it being listed online. The house was under offer (within 3 days of listing) before we even got the sale sign made.
