The process had its interesting scenarios, like dealing with an out of state buyer’s agent, SMSF buyer and miscommunications between my solicitor and his agency. However. So great at explaining the process (and patiently re-explaining it to you throughout, when you forget what's next) Lucy knew exactly what to improve before sale and priced it perfectly. A local record number of viewers through the house within 48 hours of it being listed online. The house was under offer (within 3 days of listing) before we even got the sale sign made. She recommended and even contacted local businesses for us to help us get the house ready for sale.
