4 real estate agents in Goorambat, VIC, 3725

Shayne’s ethics and genuine care for both parties in a profession that demands so much from both buyer and seller was extraordinary. Always available to discuss the ever shifting complexities of the offer, contract or the property, with patience and understanding of our anxieties or needs.

Mandy is undoubtedly one of the most professional agents I have dealt with. Her approach is 100% focused on getting the best outcome for the vendor. In our case she managed to secure a sales price $40,000 over that recommended by more prominent local agents. Mandy's friendly personality & great communication skills made the whole process a positive & stress-free experience. Her dedication & commitment was evident by giving up part of 2 consecutive Sundays in the process of achieving a sale within 4 days of listing. I would highly recommend Mandy or any of the equally competent personnel at Living Here to anyone looking for a good Agency in the Benalla region.
