As before, Mark went out of his way to present the apartment beautifully: organising painters and styling. He went back for private openings (even after having just been there) and stayed in Sydney the long weekend so could open. David was excellent in communicating with us - in sharing what was happening in the market to regular updates after each viewing - and finally making the sale in under 2 weeks!!

David was recommended to us by a friend who had dealt with him for a number of years. At our first meeting, using his extensive local knowledge he presented a four week marketing plan culminating in an auction if our unit did not sell beforehand. Within a week he had arranged a handyman for some minor repairs, a professional photographer, who's photos led to the production of a brilliant brochure, listed our unit on 2 Internet sites and arranged our first open house. During the open house one of the potential buyers requested a second visit 3 days later. At that showing, a second buyer appeared and David initiated a bidding war which culminated in a successful sale very close to our expected top price. By the end of the day contracts had been issued and signed and the initial deposit received. David had conducted a very professional and successful sales campaign and we would have no hesitation in recommending him to another property seller.
