We needed to sells mum villa, Luke did the appraisal late Saturday afternoon, had a potential buyer through on Tuesday morning, gave them the price range and they offered $5K over the top . We didn't have to go through advertising or staging and open houses, that's because he knows his stuff. Everything has gone so smoothly and its been an absolute pleasure working him.
