He kept us updated as needed - not too much, not too little. Always responsive via text and phone, with emails being a secondary form of communication. He took care of almost everything related to not just the promotion of the property, but also preparing it (repairs, cleanups, staging). It went very smoothly, It wasn't until the auction day that I realised just how much work he had put in behind the scenes. The turnout was huge, and the price it sold was much higher than we expected. We were so happy.
