An agent with huge integrity and local knowledge

Kathryn Hall was the agent we chose to sell our mother’s apartment in Pittwater Palms. She came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint. Kathryn was right across the intricacies of buying and selling in Pittwater Palms and was able to advise us as well as potential purchasers on all of the steps required. Her knowledge of the Avalon market is excellent and it helps that she appears to know half of Avalon as well. Local knowledge is a must and Kathryn has that in spades.
