Selling our property was a big decision for us, and the process certainly came with a few challenges along the way. Through it all, Ray Murphy was exceptional. Ray kept us informed every step of the way and was always available when we needed to talk something through. His communication was clear, very honest and reassuring, which made a real difference during the more stressful moments. We also really valued Ray’s knowledge of the market and his experience when it came to negotiating. Whenever an issue arose, he stayed calm, worked through it and kept looking for a solution rather than allowing it to become a setback. What stood out most to us was how personally invested Ray was in achieving a good outcome for us. We never felt like we were just another listing. He was professional, persistent, approachable and genuinely cared about getting the sale across the line. We are very grateful for everything Ray did for us and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for an agent who will work hard, communicate well and stay committed right through to the end.

Joel was very easy to work with

I never considered another agent. Joel has always been there throughout our ownership of the property to advise on market conditions etc. When the time came to sell the entire process was smooth and transparent from whoa to go. The best agent I have ever dealt with in my 60 years of owning properties.
