I was fortunate to be able to sell off market saving me heaps of $$ and not only got a great price I was happy with but he negotiated for more within the matter of minutes to get a price better than expected. In honesty he was not always the person who I dealt with for the sale but he was always there when it mattered ie. interested buyer, negotiating price, when I wasn’t getting an update, etc. No regrets in using Andy and highly recommend.
