Tom helped identify what was needed to prepare our home for market and then did it. He organised quotes, supervised the work and scheduled everything so the property was ready in time for its first open. After every open home, he texted us that he had locked up and everything at our home was fine. As we were living 400km away during this process, it was invaluable to have Tom on the case!
