Ricky was friendly, easy going & genuine from the very beginning. He answered all our questions (there were many), there was no sugar coating and nothing was too difficult. He has made purchasing a house so easy and such a fun process. We would happily recommend him to anyone. Such a legend!

Our home settled yesterday. Luen is a competent, kind, and smart realtor. She is efficient and knows the Geelong market. Both the agency and Luen did great work. Kept us informed throughout the entire campaign. Dedication is apparent through lots of open houses and subsequent liaison on issues between us and prospective purchasers. Fees are reasonable. Highly recommended.
