We just sold our property with John Connell Real Estate and could not have asked for a better experience, Anthony was very easy to work with, extremely professional with great communication, he always kept us informed making us feel at ease, would definitely recommend John Connell Real Estate.

We had a great experience working with Garry on the sale of our property. He was friendly, easy to deal with and kept us updated every step of the way. We really appreciated his honesty, communication and support throughout the whole process, and we were so happy with the outcome. Thanks again Garry for making everything so easy. We’d happily recommend you to anyone looking to sell!

I had a great experience with John Connell selling my property in Goulburn. Although we never met in person, John was professional, honest and easy to deal with over the phone. I particularly appreciated his straightforward approach and the fact that he didn’t overhype himself or make unrealistic promises. He has deep insight into the property market in Goulburn. I would happily recommend John to anyone looking to sell their property.

Jason! Jason! Jason! Firstly thank you for enjoying all our old lady jokes. Seriously though, both of us truly appreciated your honesty, kindness and professionalism over the last few months. It started with our recent purchase of our new home in Canberra. From the Open House late Saturday afternoon chats about one of us moving from Sydney to Canberra, to helping us secure the purchase before the stress of an auction, to arranging a long settlement so we could organise our Sydney sale, your service was first class. As each day goes by, we love our new home even more. Next step for us was planning the sale of our Canberra apartment. After our initial experience we believed there was only one Agent for us and we were right. Jason El-Khoury was everything you want in an agent especially during the market changes happening in 2026. We had honest conversations about valuation expectations and thankfully our beliefs were aligned. Jason told us what needed to be done and encouraged us do it quickly. There was no over promising or over hoping. In the end we got the price we discussed and while perhaps a year earlier it may have been more this was the year to be realistic and together the 3 of us got the job done quickly. We loved our place in Franklin and while we are sad to say goodbye, we know it will be a special place for new people soon as we have our new home to enjoy. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Jason, for making an exhausting 2026 end so well. You choreographed the purchases and sales with expertise and thoughtfulness beyond your young years. Keep being you and while I don’t see more real estate in our future, I do hope our paths cross every now and then. We would recommend Jason El-Khoury to anyone looking to buy or sell special properties in Canberra. Thank you again. Claire and Therese

Tom and Leanne were a pleasure to deal with. They provided great advice, worked collaboratively with us, and were highly responsive at all times. They maintained strong communication throughout, pivoting the sales approach at various stages to best meet the market. Its a stressful experience selling a house but Tom and Leanne ensured the process went as smoothly as possible. I would recommend them.

I totally trusted Eva to market my house with honesty and professionalism. She is an excellent communicator and has the ability to make people feel at ease. I trusted, respected and highly appreciated her advice on selling my house during difficult market conditions. She appreciated that the circumstances were not ideal and that decision making was difficult. She also appreciated the emotional aspect and provided support and reassurance. Importantly, I did not feel pressured to sell at a price I would later regret. Thanks for your understanding Eva.
