We found Ben and the team at JMW Real Estate WA very easy to deal with. Ben was proactive in getting back to us with any queries we had and also provide local contacts to assist with the sale as we are interstate. The sale went through without any issues and Ben has also followed up with us to see if we need any further assistance which is comforting rather than doing the deal and no further contact. Thanks team at JMW

Amy was rather accommodating meeting us after hours to suit our work time schedule. She was efficient and got everything sorted out there and then paperwork was in our inbox within 10 minutes. Amy and her team were efficient throughout the process and the turnaround was quick not just for paperwork but for everything else even after taking ownership of the property Amy was able to assist with Even even the smallest things. Handover of keys were smooth and efficient and again Amy works within our schedule and ability for the day. Highly recommend Amy for your next purchase
