At that time, his clarity explaining the market, including examples of comparable sales both with Harcourt's and other agencies, gave me an honest expectation of the sales process and I was confident to sign a sales contract at that same meeting. Assistance with a tradesperson to rapidly address some cosmetic needs and a stylist to provide ambience, made the sale extremely rapid and fuss-free, achieving the listing price within days. Ben's communication was always prompt and personable. I felt him balanced for both vendor's and purchaser's interests. I would highly recommend him to future clients.

Michael was the sellers agent when we were attempting to purchase a property and he went beyond our expectations to keep us informed of the sellers status and intentions to resolve a complicated subdivision. When the seller ultimately took the property off the market Michael let us know of another similar property that had just been listed. With a lot of knowledge of the are he negotiated the sale which was settled in 5 weeks (rare for Tassie!). Michael is the consummate professional, knowledgeable, honest, and all round nice guy. I'll certainly use his services if I'm selling! 5 VERY well-earned stars!

Tony was most helpful during the entire process, great communication the whole way through. he was very patient with us during the process as were having a baby at the time which slowed things up on our end. i would highly recommend Tony, and would not hesitate to contact him again in the future!
