Eric handled the sale of my property and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. Eric stood out as genuinely honest, trustworthy, and transparent in every aspect of the process. What impressed me most was his commitment to full transparency. He clearly explained every step, provided honest feedback about pricing and market conditions (even when it meant adjusting expectations), and never sugar-coated anything. He handled all negotiations with integrity, kept me updated regularly, and made sure I understood every document and offer before moving forward.

Majella was the seller's agent when we recently purchased our block of vacant land. Majella was professional and honest in all our dealings and was very knowledgeable on the land and the surrounding area and people. Majella didn't hesitate to make the long trip up to the property to show it to us and perform inspections. Overall, Majella has been the best agent we have had dealings with and I would thoroughly recommend her.
