Matt is a god communicater , has good area knowledge. Friendly and approachable , and would highly recommend him.

Matt Parker was absolutely incredible from start to finish. He sold our house and guided us through the entire process with constant reassurance, professionalism, and honesty. What we appreciated most was how clear and to the point he was, no fluff, no pressure, just straight-up expert advice that made us feel confident every step of the way. Matt grew up in the area and still lives locally, and his knowledge of the market and the community was invaluable. It really showed in every decision and piece of advice he gave us. When we were struggling to find a new home, Matt genuinely worked a miracle. He found us a house to buy before settlement on the home we were selling and somehow aligned everything so we settled on our sale and purchase on the same day. That level of coordination and care removed so much stress and made what could have been overwhelming feel seamless. Matt wasn’t just our agent, he was our guide, our problem-solver, and our calm during what could have been a very stressful time. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He was simply amazing.

My mother had the absolute pleasure of working with Licia Santoriello during the sale of her property, and we could not have asked for a more professional, knowledgeable, and supportive real estate agent. From the very beginning, Licia provided excellent guidance on how best to prepare and market the property. She advised on the repairs and compliance certificates required, arranged professional photography, and developed a clear sales strategy. Her approach included a focused viewing period for interested buyers, which created strong interest and momentum in the market. The results spoke for themselves — the property sold within 10 days of being listed and achieved a terrific selling price. What truly set Licia apart was the level of personal care and support she provided throughout the entire process. My mother was leaving the country, which made the sale more complex, but Licia ensured everything was well organised and that nothing was overlooked. She went above and beyond by helping my mother prepare for the move, including walking through the house room by room to itemise furniture and appliances that needed to be sold and providing realistic guidance on potential selling prices. Licia also recommended several settlement agencies, and the one we selected provided excellent service. She stayed closely involved right through to the end of the process, ensuring the buyer’s final inspection went smoothly and even kindly assisted by submitting the final electricity meter reading to Synergy. Throughout the journey, Licia communicated regularly, anticipated what needed to be done, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and manageable. I would highly recommend Licia Santoriello to anyone looking for an agent who combines professionalism, excellent market knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients. Licia consistently went the extra mile, always had my mother’s best interests at heart, and delivered an outstanding result.

It was a smooth process to sell my unit with Licia's help. I got a better price than I was expecting and settlement went as planned without a hitch.

I had a great experience buying my home thanks to Licia, From the first inspection through to settlement, she was super easy to deal with, clear with communication, and genuinely had my best interests in mind. She knew the market inside out, were upfront and honest the whole way through, and made what can be a pretty stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. No pushy sales tactics, just solid advice and good follow-up. If you’re buying or selling, I’d definitely recommend Licia — professional, reliable, and great to work with.
