When my wife and I decided to sell our house we enquired online about local agents. Our online enquiry generated number of calls from local agents the first was from Helen Knight. Helen just introduced herself and said to contact her if we were to proceed to place the house on the market. Helen made contact sometime later and I explained a few issues that were impacting on moving forward and that I would contact her in the future. In the meantime other agents had been in touch and we didn’t feel the same connection as we did with the initial dealings with Helen. Helen kept in touch without hassling us and after a few weeks we decided to invite her for a look at our home and give us an indication of what we may achieve going to market. We were impressed with her upfront assessment and honesty in terms of going to market. Helen had arranged a number of open house weekends and gave us her assessment of those who had shown an interest. On the third weekend we were fortunate to have a serious party interested but offering much less than the asking price. Helen’s negotiation skills turned the initial offer into one much closer to our asking price. Given the changes in the market expecting prices to drop, we accepted the offer based on our own assessment and Helen’s advice. We were extremely pleased with the outcome. In relation to Helen we were impressed with her upfront approach and the manner in which she dealt with potential buyers. Not having dealt with realestate agents for nearly 40 years we found the experience quite easy with us being able to express our thoughts to her without feeling uncomfortable. We were more than happy with the outcome. Helen’s extensive knowledge of the local market together with her professionalism and pleasant personality made the experience easy and very much worthwhile. We couldn’t have wished for a better experience and cannot recommend Helen highly enough.

I was selling this property from NZ (without coming to site at all). Stephen Wang liaised with the Riverlink Grove site manager to get all the prep work done - painting (even choosing the 'in' colour - and to go with the staging furniture) and general associated works. Stephen communicated well (sometimes resorting to tphoning then texting if necessary to two different NZ phone numbers, plus email). And of course Stephen got a fantastic result for us, and REAL quick - a vendors dream. I first heard of Belle, after looking at previous sales in Riverlink Grove, and being very impressed with a unit nearby that had been very well presented, c/w staging, and had been marketted by Stephen, and had got a good price.
