Kasey and the Solely team supported us in selling two properties recently. She and the team were incredibly communicative and honest throughout the whole process. The tools and processes that they manage were all seamless (apps, information flow, etc.) which all enabled the positive results we received! We will be recommending them to our friends and wouldn't hesitate at all to have them sell/buy again in the future!

While we got the result we were looking for, unfortunately Anthony didn’t live up to expectations. He didn’t disclose that he would be absent for critical periods during the sale before we contracted. Then negotiated the sale on behalf of buyers who he was going to represent in their sale - so we felt there was a conflict of interest at play. Finally no flowers, phone call or champagne to celebrate the sale, just an impersonal WhatsApp message. Disappointing.

Hamid was very easy to communicate with, he was polite and respectful. He always showed up punctually, provided a fair valuation, and delivered an excellent result. He is very experienced in the Canberra market.
