Exceptional Agent

Matt was exceptional! I had reached out to several Agents to discuss selling my property and decided to sell with Matt as he had fantastic market knowledge, great communication, and is a very genuine and trustworthy person. When I was ready to sell other agents added me to their mailing list but in addition to this, Matt called me every other month to keep me updated on the market trends and average sales price. On signing, Matt provided a clear and detailed sales plan which included daily calls to keep me updated on the progress. Matt was very active in the sales process being in regular contact with all potentially buyers which resulted in a great auction turnout and an above reserve result. Fantastic assistance in selling my apartment

Rocky was an absolute star when it came to selling my apartment. He talked me through each step of the process and was available to answer questions regarding the bank, the current tenants or the settlement agents.
