Luna was excellent to work with. She helped my Dad with an appraisal of his Marsfield house nearly 3 years ago which has been in our family for over 25 years. Communication was excellent - frequent, punctual and explanatory. I really began to understand the process clearly. Nick fully explained the state of the market and how long the sale could take. He also advised me about the range of price for negotiation. I had never sold a property before so I was quite unused to the process. Nick was so patient in answering my questions.
