Andrew began his Real Estate Agency career in the UK in 1983 and has had over 35 years’ experience in the Property Market. In 1996 he gained a Diploma in Management Studies issued by the Institution of Supervisory Management (UK) and has held his Australian Real Estate license for 23 years. He has had experience selling a wide range of properties in both Australia and the UK (including new developments off-plan & plots of land). He has been involved with Residential Sales, Property Management and Industrial Commercial properties. He has also owned his own Real Estate Company in the UK which he sold in order to move to Australia. Andrew was the principal of Cremorne First National for 19 years before joining forces with Stone Real Estate to expand the business. Andrew continues his professional qualifications & development by attending a diverse and leading-edge range of courses to further his knowledge and experience in the marketing, auction and sale of properties in Cremorne, Mosman Neutral Bay, Lower North Shore and the Northern Beaches. His negotiation skills have proven to be exceptional and of the highest calibre.
