Shirley is an intelligent and diligent agent. She considered the interest of the vendor and also helped the purchaser to solve the potential problem. I was buying the property representing a relative who lives overseas at the moment. Due to the physical absence of the purchaser in the whole process there were a quite few difficulties, however Shirley tried to solve these issues with alternative procedure. When the vendor required confirming checks for the items in the “Inclusions” she came to the property several times to check and show me providing the purchaser with the evidence. Finally she even invited her husband to help and he was indeed enthusiastic and helpful. Without Shirley’s trust in me the purchase was impossible. I wish Shirley all success in her career.
