The campaign of selling my house by Linda Clemente was outstanding from start to finish. She was always professional, punctual, continuously in touch daily informing of all updates or changes, very supportive to me as a vendor while going through the emotional transition of selling my home that I've spent most of my life saving for. Her fantastic team also did a great job, Oliver, Anita and George the auctioneer. The auction day was an unpredictable but marvelous outcome , due to the hard work the 4 team members all put in. It went for a whole hour of uncertainty with an outstanding end. Linda's team not only got me the best price for an average market at the moment but I saw how much she also cared about her buyers and wanted the best for them too. Prior to putting our houses on the market we interviewed 3 prospective agents . We chose John because he impressed us with his honesty and knowledge of the housing market. He also recommended an excellent handyman who helped us fix up the little things to get our houses ready for sale. His photographer was terrific , the photos online and board outside the properties were outstanding. Our choice of Century 21 and John himself was rewarded by him selling both our houses at the first open house viewing. Both our buyers had to sell their properties to buy ours and he sold their homes following only one open day as well.
