We purchased an investment property in 2021 and Saunders were the selling agents. Tim was so friendly, professional, genuine, and accommodating that we chose them to manage the property. Jamie helped us buy a house, then marketed and sold an investment property. Dealing with 4 tenants , and getting buyers thru was handled really well. We gave him a set of keys and stayed out of the way. The reporting after each inspection was thorough , and every time we made a comment or suggestion he followed thru. We felt part of the sale ,and had input during the negotiations etc. Liaison with our conveyancing team, was important as we had difficulties with the purchasers “legals”. We are about to list another property for sale with Jamie, and the Peter Lees Agency.
