Thrilled with Sam Woolcock and the price he got for our house. He followed up consistently from the time we contacted him until we were ready to market, gave us constructive and relevant advice on presentation and was genuine, easy and relaxing to deal with. He kept us updated at every stage and had us a terrific price and an unconditional contract in 10 days from the day he started calling his registered buyers before it went on the market. We purchased an investment property in 2021 and Saunders were the selling agents. Tim was so friendly, professional, genuine, and accommodating that we chose them to manage the property. We then had the pleasure of working with Julia and we could not have been happier with how the property was managed. Julia found a reliable long term tenant, before the purchase had settled, who leased the property for the entirety of our ownership! Julia made sure the property was well looked after. Inspection reports were detailed and any required maintenance actioned quickly. Julia was firm with the tenants, but very reasonable and fair. We had every confidence that the property was being look after, which was important as we live in NSW. We recently decided to sell and Tim stepped into action finding us a buyer in under 2 weeks!! We could not be happier with Tim and Julia. Management and sales fees were also very reasonable. Jamie helped us buy a house, then marketed and sold an investment property. Dealing with 4 tenants , and getting buyers thru was handled really well. We gave him a set of keys and stayed out of the way. The reporting after each inspection was thorough , and every time we made a comment or suggestion he followed thru. We felt part of the sale ,and had input during the negotiations etc. Liaison with our conveyancing team, was important as we had difficulties with the purchasers “legals”.
