We meet with Hercules and his team after another Real Estate said our tenants were to hard to deal with when selling our property, and cancelled our contract with them. The photos and video done of the property were so much better then what we had envisioned, and made us want to keep the property they were that good. Our house was sold much quicker than what we had expected, and could not have had a better selling experience. Hercules asked us what we wanted through every stage and didn't try to talk us out of any decisions we made, asked what we wanted for our house first before giving us his expert knowledge on market values and he negotiated very well on our behalf.
