His advertising campaign and approach to the impending sale was highly effective. Given that the property was being tenanted by a long-term tenant during this period and we were intending to find the right buyer where the tenant would stay. This provided more of challenge i believe for Daryl, but he just worked with what we had, including very inclement weather during inspections. As this was our first time selling a house in the 40 years, Daryls guidance, prompt communications, and steadying of our nerves has been highly appreciated.
