Chris is extremely good at what he does and did a fabulous job selling my property recently. He sold it in 2 days for an excellent price. Legend! The house was an investment property subject to a DHA lease. Chris understood the additional complexities of that arrangement and handled it all effectively and efficiently. Chris has excellent knowledge of the market (invaluable to me as I do not live in the NT), is extremely personable, responsive and pleasant and professional to deal with and did an outstanding job for me.
