After contemplating for some time on whether or not we would list our home ourselves online, we met with some agents and discussed the current market and strategies to sell. After meeting Colin Morrow, I knew right away that he was the agent for us. He was easy to talk to but mostly had a good strategy to sell the house, and I had faith that he would get the best price- and boy did he deliver. We were not short of our fair share of hurdles- listing our house at the start of the Omicron peak, we had concerns it might not sell as people were not venturing far from home, leaving the buyer market small. Despite this, Cole brought us an offer well over any expectation after opening weekend. The buyers we had were extremely difficult and changed the offer they presented many times, leaving us very nervous it would fall through. Cole was able to mitigate the situation and get us well above the price we wanted whilst helping the buyers through their issues. I'm so glad we opted for Cole, as he was able to deliver what he promised - selling our home 800k plus in a market we were advised was unpredictable and most likely to sell at early to mid 700s. I would recommend Cole in a heart beat if you want an agent to make your sale as easy and stress free as possible. Explaining things clearly every step of the way and knowing he will get you the best possible price.

My wife and I moved interstate whilst our house remained on the market. Gennie and Mimi virtually managed the complete sale process from start to finish in a slow market with a constant stream of offers under the listed price. Gennie provided us with an effective way forward re preparing the house for the sale with sensible estimates for market price listing. We were glad we listened to Gennie, Elders saved us money by sticking with the recommended improvements. Gennie recommended a sales budget and package . We are professionals in our chosen fields, however, we are not real-estate professionals. Gennie and Mimi created a sales package of virtual and present day photography and information. They then accessed best choice online sites to market our house. Yes it cost money but it is worth it in this current market place and you need professional sales experience to create the best package. If you think differently, hop on to the internet and see how many properties sold without these packages. We bought our next house whilst our house was being sold by Elders. It had a virtual sales package that allowed us to access so much more information which in the end saved us time and research when comparing to other potential properties. Summary Elders Palmerston sold our house with competence and efficiency. The best part we are grateful for is that Gennie and Mimi are people centered professionals and do care about their customers. They would go the extra mile by running a hose over the lawn - checking on the pool level despite having gardeners and pool services in place. Standing the pot plants up after a storm and a few drive pasts on their way home and contacting us if things needed attention. Sorry about the length of my review but there were many positives to report about re our engagement with Gennie Cox and her team at Elders Palmerston. Thank you for selling our home Gennie.
