Very friendly and accommodating, we needed to go and measure for blinds and Alan made himself available. The hand over of the property was not good at all, the house and windows was dirty we had to clean it ourselves before moving in. It was a brand new house. The aircon was password protected and we couldn’t test it, only when moving in we found there was no zoning, you couldn’t isolate rooms. There were a few things we were not happy with, the builder said Alan didn’t tell him anything. It seems after we paid the deposit, it was our problem.
