Always takes the time to ensure we are understanding everything and giving us tips to help us along the way. Always answers outside of work hours or gives us a call outside of work hours which has been so helpful as the jobs we are in do not allow us to be available for long during working hours. Very happy with everything!!

Elizabeth was outstanding from start to finish. She had a clear strategy from our very first conversation, and it showed — our house sold on the very first day it was on the market, which honestly exceeded our expectations. Throughout the whole process she was professional, responsive, and genuinely easy to deal with, keeping us informed at every step and making what can be a stressful experience feel completely manageable. Her market knowledge and negotiation skills clearly delivered a great result, but it was her warmth and honesty that made the biggest difference. I'd recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to sell — she's the real deal.

Friendly, great communication, easy to trust.

All the agents involved went out of their way to accomodate me and assist in any help I needed. All were very friendly, very punctual and a pleasure to deal with. Communication was excellent .

My experience dealing with Nicole to purchase my home was easy and pleasant. Nothing was any trouble and any requests or questions that I had was acted upon promptly.
