Our experience as a family with real estate agent Peter Marschall, in selling two properties for us, one used for growing crops, the other as a lifestyle/hobby farm, was excellent. From the beginning, he demonstrated a deep understanding of rural properties and the local market, which gave us complete confidence throughout the process. From the onset, Peter provided all the required information in a friendly and professional manner. Whenever we asked questions, he was open, honest and totally transparent. Such a genuine, nice man. It was obvious he wanted the best outcome for us. Peters' dedication and work ethic was fabulous. He went above and beyond to ensure both properties that were sold on separate occasions, were presented at their best and marketed well. Prior to sale, he and his wonderful auctioneer Andy, ensured we were well prepared for the auction process. The guidance and care provided was exceptional making what can be a stressful time much more relaxed. Thanks to both Peter and the auctioneer's expertise and negotiation skills, we achieved a great result and a smooth stress-free sale for both properties. We would highly recommend Peter to anyone wanting to sell rural or agricultural property. He and his talented auctioneer Andy, are simply the best!!
