We had a large area to consider with market changing downwards Tom worked with potential clients and dealt with low ball offers considering what we wanted as a client and only took serious offers for the property, Tom established good communication with potential buyers and offered the opportunity for them to view the property separately and when they were available.

We didn’t receive the main door key at handover, despite multiple follow-ups, and had to use the sliding door to enter and exit the house for a couple of months before finally replacing the lock ourselves. We also hoped for a more special moment with the traditional “SOLD” sticker, but received a “YEWW” one instead, which felt a bit out of place for such a milestone. We appreciate the overall effort but feel these small details could have been handled better to make the experience more memorable.
