Very responsive and helpful agent who made the house buying process run smoothly.

We had a pretty challenging journey selling our house and buying our next one, and we're so grateful we had Brad Jones in our corner. From the start, Brad was honest and genuinely focused on what was best for us. When we found the house we wanted, he help us decide what a reasonable offer for the house would be, proving to us that he was looking after our interests, not just trying to get a deal across the line. There were definitely some stressful moments along the way, but Brad stayed calm, kept us informed, and helped us navigate every challenge. When we started to worry about whether everything was going to work out, he was always there with sensible advice and a plan. He also worked brilliantly with our mortgage broker and settlement agent, which made the whole process feel much smoother than it otherwise could have been. In the end, we sold our house and ended up in a home that is perfect for us. We couldn't have asked for more from an agent and would happily recommend Brad to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Brad was very informative in all areas of purchasing and settlement. Would highly recommend.
