John was very charismatic with a genuine interest in people, which ive found rare. My father was the seller and I was just helping. I've often found that people ignore me (or even contemptuous) in this situation, especially as I am usually casually dressed, but Jon was consistently friendly and helpful. While he did a good job it was very refreshing that it wasnt all about the hard sell.

We've rented out our property in Wembley Downs on and off for 18 years. I've dealt with 3 separate, local real estate agents and Hagen and Co has been by far and away the best. I feel this approach kept the prices very competitive, and Ben is the only Property Agent I've dealt with that has done this. And it certainly seems his alliance is with the landlord. During a storm around 3 years ago, the roof started leaking and the tenants were rightly very concerned. Ben went to the house late at night, helped the tenants make it safe and arranged for an electrician to inspect water ingress into electrical fittings first thing in the morning. I've recommended Ben to a number of colleagues, and I've only heard good things from them. We recently decided to sell the property, and had no hesitation in choosing Ben as the selling agent. I'm glad we did as Ben assessed the market well, made recommendations on marketing that I would never have thought of (social media etc), and secured an offer within 5 days for an amount I was very happy with. I can't speak higher of Ben and would recommend him to anyone.
