We couldn't be happier with the service we got from Danielle. She was attentive, diligent, personable and couldn't have been nicer to deal with.

Kieran has an excellent skill set and is helpful in a way that is both friendly and supportive. He typifies the culture that is pervasive at Jim Aitken and partners.

Throughout the process from signing up for the sale of our home to our sale, Kieran's communication and assistance (including the setup of our home for tours when we were away on 6 week holidays) exceeded our expectations. His honesty and continued feedback along the journey made the sale experience easy. He was even in contact with us in the early hours of the morning when we were in Europe! We chose Kieran to sell our property after dealing with him on the purchase of another property in the area a few years ago. He was clearly working for the Vendor which gave us confidence he would work in the same manner for us as Vendors one day. I personally valued Kieran's subtleness and expertise in negotiating our sale. The whole experience left us feeling as if we had achieved the best outcome. I have had no hesitation in recommending Kieran to family and friends.

My wife and I found Kieran to be very thorough and up front with us. We knew we were selling in a low period of the market and Kieran set our expectations accordingly. He did not tell us what we wanted to hear, he told us exactly what we needed to hear regarding the market and the price our house would fetch, he was spot on the money. He walked us through every stage and he called me, I did not have to chase him for information. I would high recommend Kieran as an agent you can trust.
