Phil helped me place the said property on the market. Helped organizing the disposal of household furniture and other items. Tidying up the garden areas and clean internal space of a 3 bedroom house. The transaction in regard to selling a home can be stressful , however Phil managed to keep his cool which allowed me to keep mine. A local agent with a very strong knowledge of the Mid Mountains environs and as a result the property sold at top of the price range and was on the market for a short time. Many Thanks
