Steve took all the stress out of purchasing our property. Steve was a great communicator throughout negotiations and up to and during settlement. We found Steve to be friendly and approachable on every occasion. Steve and his wonderful staff made our move from interstate stress free.

Grant came around the day we were ready for him to inspect, gave us a price then and there. Once our property was on the market we had an open home with interested buyers within a couple of days and sold in a week and a half. All negotiations were done on our behalf by Grant, no mucking around and got us a great deal. Would recommend to anyone wanting to sell.

We had to buy sight unseen from NSW. Stephen made this process much easier. He arranged walkthrough's for us, communicated very well and nothing was a problem. We needed photos for installation of solar and he did that with no problem. Was straight up in his negotiations with us and the vendor and seemed very honest in his dealings. Nothing was a problem for him.
