We had just started looking at homes in Hervey Bay when Mary Lou took us through 22 Oceanview. I said we didn’t want a pool. Mary Lou said : yes, you will. I said we needed to look at some more properties. Mary Lou said: you won’t find one as suitable as this. Mary Lou was right. We have lived here for a month and it is perfect. And we have already been in the pool. Mary Lou is very personable and she knows and loves the area. We recommend that you let her use her skills for you.
