I’m very happy with the service provided by Andrew, who went well beyond my expectations. I was kept informed at every stage and Andrew was available to answer my questions when needed. I was a very nervous first time seller, so having someone I could rely on to help me through the process was reassuring.

As I work in the north west of Western Australia as a FIFO and the current pandemic that is going on, this purchase was rather trying at times and was all contracted and purchased while I was stuck in WA for work. I didn't get to meet David but spoke a couple of times over the phone, Angela showed us through the house and a bit of corresponding through emails. Both David and Angela was very honest from the beginning about what was wrong and what needed doing with the house, they where helpful when it came to referring and any questions about the property. Also due to the difficulty's of the situation was able to extend the settlement date a couple of times for us to give us time as getting paperwork to me for signing on a mine site was time consuming, plus other little difficulty's that presented was met with understanding and helpfulness.

We wanted to sell quickly and Bryan worked the whole system round the time frame.. He was efficient and spoke to us with confidence and walked us through the process of selling . Bryan organized the furniture display and our home looked amazing and we sold really well on the first home inspection ...amazing !! We were very happy with our sales outcome and Bryan was very professional in all our dealings ... I dont want to 'sell' again ! but if we did we would use Picket Fences !
