Joe helped us from the beginning to the end when we sold our property. At the start, we were not 100% sure if we wanted to sell it yet but Joe suggested that he takes the video of the house and send to his clients first. We decided to try it and he did it quickly and we got some offers already after a few days. We decided to put it on the market as well after that and we had a few more offers straight away. We didn’t do anything but Joe did all the works for us and talked to the potential buyers even after work hours or weekends. Even when we had some questions, not relating to the house sale, he helped us as well. He replies to our phone call, emails promptly and gives us the reasonable advices during the whole process. (It’s hard to find the real estate people to reply as quickly as him) I appreciate so much for his hard work and would definitely recommend Joe if you are thinking to buy, sell or rent the property. We are very happy with the result we achieved with him.

Geoff was incredibly helpful running me through each step when it came to selling my unit. He was always available in person or over the phone to answer any questions or assist with any help I needed. He made the process as stress free as possible and always kept me up to date with the sale, from the success of inspections to the likelihood of an offer.
