Wayne is a great communicator and a very friendly guy. He was checking in with us, even when he was on holidays. He ensured we were able to view the property twice in Kendall, to secure it and on the terms we requested. He went above and beyond to organise the property was ready for us to move into as we were not there for the settlement inspection. He toured the property via FaceTime and also organised some furniture that was left to be taken before our belongings came that day. A fabulous agent that we’d highly recommend with years of knowledge in the region.

Natasha was very helpful and professional from the first time we consulted with her. We did not immediately go ahead with the sale. Natasha did not constantly pester us about signing up our property for sale, however she did periodically call us and keeped us updated on the market. Once we decided to sell we had no hesitation to contact Natasha and after a current market valuation we decided to proceed with the sale and within 3 days we achieved an offer that lead to a sale.
