Margrit was a great help from our first contact with her regarding the unit. She was more than happy to arrange an inspection for us that fitted in with my wife's and my difficult work schedules. Margrit was more than happy to offer us advise when we made our offer on the property, letting us know what figure the owner was more likely to accept to ensure that our offer was at least considered. Margrit liaised with our solicitor and our Mortgage Broker to ensure everything with the sale went smoothly. When there was an issue with the repairs that were required after the Building and Pest inspection Margrit stepped up and went above nd beyond to ensure that the main repairs were completed for us.
