David & his team went above & beyond in all aspects of real estate. We originally purchased from David in 2011, then used Porter Matthews Metro as our property management team when we turned the house into an investment property in 2014. We eventually sold in 2021 with David & can not fault his knowledge of the market & his attention to detail. Would 100% recommend David & the team at Porter Matthews Metro for all real estate needs.

David had helped me to get 25 Aquitaine Boulevard in forrestdale. He is such a positive person and always have a big smile on his face. He wad always available to give any answers. He had been such a big support and specially on auction day He was there and made the process so smooth. Even after the auction when I got the house he was there to help me.with all the process of settlement and mortgage. He is an absolute superstar. All the very best David. Keep up with your good work...
