Tash was great to deal with throughout the whole process. She was knowledgeable, responsive and gave clear, practical advice without any unnecessary sales talk. She’s also a very good negotiator and worked hard to get us a strong result. Professional, straightforward and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend her.

It was a big decision for us to sell after holding this property for nearly three decades, and we put our trust in Tash. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience, particularly in the Vic Park/EVP precinct, and guided us expertly through the process. Tash helped us prepare the property for sale quickly, effectively and at reasonable cost. We were so pleased with the way the property presented we almost considered changing our mind and keep it. Despite a more challenging market environment, the sale process was quick and achieved a price at the high end of our expectations. Tash is a clear communicator, responsive and gets things done reliably. We would highly recommend Tash as a sales agent based on our positive experience for a smooth and successful outcome.

We had a great experience with our selling our home through Edward. He was professional throughout the entire process, had excellent knowledge of the local market, and was always very responsive to our questions and concerns. Edward is an excellent real estate agent throughout the entire selling process. His marketing of the property was outstanding, and the advertising attracted strong interest from potential buyers. He worked tirelessly on the listing and negotiated to achieve the best possible price for our property. Edward was always courteous, respectful, and professional, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Edward to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate agent.

Buying a home can be a daunting experience, but working with Edward made the entire process feel so seamless from start to finish. He was always communicative, respectful, and genuinely supportive throughout every step. He kept me informed, answered every question, and made what could have been an overwhelming experience an enjoyable one. What really stood out was how thoughtful and inclusive he was. He surprised me with a congratulations gift and had even taken the time to ensure it met my dietary requirements without me ever having to mention them. That level of care and attention to detail meant so much and really reflects the kind of person and agent he is. I couldn’t recommend him more highly. Thank you for making such an important milestone such a positive and memorable experience!

Derek Baston is 'a people person'. He came reccomended by friend, then I felt I could trust him from the very start of my own real estate journey. I contacted him way sooner than I was ready- not an ounce of bothering, and he offered to assist with his local knowlege no matter when or if I chose him. Meeting him meant I looked no further. The whole experience was so easy for me - he totally lived up to my first impression and hopes. Monica, Carlisle

Working with Diane Sheppard during the purchase of my first investment property was an outstanding experience from start to finish. As a first-time investor, I had a lot of questions and wanted to make sure I was making the right decision, and Diane made the entire process feel smooth, clear, and stress-free. Her communication was excellent, always prompt, honest, and professional. She has a strong understanding of the market and was incredibly helpful in guiding me through each stage of the purchase, making sure I felt confident and informed the whole way through. What stood out most was how genuine and supportive she was. Diane went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled properly and never made me feel like just another transaction. Her attention to detail, transparency, and willingness to help made a huge difference. She is by far the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with, and I would highly recommend Diane to anyone looking to buy or sell property. I’m very grateful for her help in securing my first investment property.

Diane demonstrated her professionalism and knowledge of the area on our first meeting. She communicated with us throughout the process and met all our needs. Diane was a pleasure to work with.

It is not that often that you come across a real estate agent who is as amazing as Diane is. She was professional, friendly, honest and genuinely caring when we bought a property listed with her. At no point did she make us feel as though she is working for the seller with complete disregard of our needs, like many agents do. She worked very hard to still achieve the best outcome for the seller still! Love her old book methods that have now disappeared! This was no transaction, it was a great experience that has now developed a lasting memorable experience and a go-to agent when we decide to sell. Very highly recommended.
