We are so glad we chose Deron Wang to sell our property. From the moment we met Deron, we knew we were in safe hands. He listened to us, provided sound strategic advice throughout the house preparation and sales process, communicated regularly, and, most importantly, did not promise the earth. We were deeply impressed by his personal commitment, going above and beyond by mowing the back yard and cleaning the pool the day before the auction. The BRE team of Dylan, Lillian, Krystal, Ben and Tarryn together with Mark the auctioneer provided important support throughout and on the day with the same level of professionalism as Deron. Deron’s deep knowledge of the local market and established personal network backed by a proactive marketing strategy and strong database of prospective buyers helped us achieve our goal of selling the house just two weeks after it was listed.

Zac managed the tradies well and provided us with timely feedback on the market. Easy to get hold of.

We are so glad to have progressed with the sale of our house through Deron and his team. From the very start we had clear goals, timelines and strategy. The communication was open, constant and Deron adds his own sense of humour along the way. We felt in good hands the entire way and in a tough market managed a great sale within 3 weeks. We cannot recommend Deron highly enough if you are looking to sell and appreciate having someone right by your side. The whole team are stars.
