This is our second deal with David having purchased from him 4 years ago. We sold our investment property with him and would not have trusted anyone else but him to do so. He treats buyer and seller with equal respect and courtesy. The entire process with him was so easy from start to finish. As an older person I found it a bit tricky completing some of the paperwork involved in selling our property. Taurie went above and beyond to help with everything, even driving to our house on numerous occasions to help complete what was needed.
